Leslie Altizer, Founder and Principal

Leslie has over 20 years of experience as a business leader in both client-facing and operational leadership roles. His range of organization development experiences include helping executive leaders assess and improve organizational culture, developing and executing sales and growth strategies, leading high-performing people and teams, and organizational design and structure. He has worked across numerous industries and has a strong understanding of how organizations operate to ensure people, systems, and processes are aligned. He brings a natural curiosity to his work and a deep commitment to helping his clients meet their goals and objectives.

Leslie has a Masters Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, is certified in Lean Six Sigma, and is pursuing an additional certification in Organizational Change Management at Penn State University. He is Board Secretary and Governance Chair for the Educational Theatre Company, a regional non-profit committed to bringing the arts to children and adults to help bring out their inner potential. In his spare time, Leslie spends time coaching his son’s ice hockey and soccer teams, enjoys playing golf and ice hockey, reading, and spending time with friends and family.
